1. Order Cancellation
- Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at +91 801 510 1522 with your order details.
- Once the order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
2. Returns & Replacements
- We accept returns only if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with packaging intact.
- Replacement will be provided for eligible returns. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.
4. Bulk & Custom Orders
- For bulk or customized orders, cancellations and refunds are not applicable once the order is confirmed, as production is done on request.
- Only defective or incorrect bulk shipments are eligible for replacement.
